Will Ratliff currently serves as the Director of Organizational Development at Amarillo College and is founder of Amplyfy Training Solutions, a training and development company that helps businesses and organizations grow teams and leaders to their full potential.

Will has a Bachelor's in Psychology from Baylor University, a Master's in Team Building and Group Dynamics from Wheaton College, and a Master's in Instructional Design and Technology from West Texas A&M University.

He has spent the last 3 decades studying people and leadership and how to develop people to make the most impact in every area of their lives. Will's mission is to help move people from transactional to transformational experiences and find their true vocation in work and life.
