State Representative Caroline Fairly is a lifelong Amarillo native whose faith-centered upbringing instilled in her a deep commitment to service and community. Raised alongside four siblings, she developed an early appreciation for leadership, responsibility, and giving back—principles that continue to shape her work today. She graduated from Abilene Christian University with a degree in Business Marketing, where she served as Class President and was actively involved in the business school’s entrepreneurship program. She now works at The OccuNet Company, where she began as a medical negotiator dedicated to lowering healthcare costs for Texas families.
In her impactful freshman legislative session, Caroline engaged in significant policy efforts successfully addressing a number of issues including healthcare, digital safety, water resources, and phone-free learning in schools. She currently serves on the House Appropriations, Local & Consent Calendars, and Natural Resources Committees, as well as the Select Committee on Civil Discourse and Freedom of Speech in Higher Education. She was recently appointed to the 1836 Project Advisory Committee where she contributes to initiatives focused on Texas history and civic education.
Beyond the Capitol, Caroline loves spending time with her husband David, and remains active in her church and local ministries. She is committed to strengthening the Texas Panhandle through principled leadership, service, and practical solutions.

Empowering Amarillo women through networking, leadership, mentorship, and scholarships. Join a vibrant community committed to professional and personal growth.
